How long does shipping take if I win?
Once the winner is verified, we process and ship your prize within 3-5 business days via a tracked and insured premium courier service.
Can I exchange a prize for a different size?
We list the specific size of the item in the competition description. Please ensure it fits before entering, as we are typically unable to exchange unique competition prizes for different sizes.
What happens if a competition doesn't sell out?
Each competition has a set closing date. If the timer runs out before all tickets are sold, we will still hold the draw and award the prize to one of the entrants.
